TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Conditions

1. ATLANTIC PEARL may be required to change the planned programme when weather conditions are not favourable;

2. Damages caused onboard by clients will be subject to compensation to ATLANTIC PEARL, for which clients are solely responsible.

3. Posted schedules are subject to change due to circumstances beyond ATLANTIC PEARL’s control or technical reasons.

4. ATLANTIC PEARL shall not be held liable if the client is not present at the scheduled boarding time; the programme schedule will be carried out;

5. Should the client wish to board with alcoholic beverages, the crew will monitor the drinking, for safety reasons.

 

Safety on board

1. For reasons of onboard safety and comfort, decisions pertaining to navigation, destination and propulsion methods (sail and/or motor) are the exclusive responsibility of the skipper;

2. For safety reasons, during an initial briefing, you will be informed of the smoking areas.

3. Should the passengers’ behaviour place the safety of the operation at risk, the skipper will return to the port, as necessary, but there will be no changes to initial agreements regarding refunds.

4. We inform you that only shoes with light-coloured, rubber soles are allowed on board. No high heel shoes are allowed.

Reserving any programme or event entails full acceptance of the general conditions, which is a mutual agreement between the client/partner and ATLANTIC PEARL.
